Ailsa’s Room, Aka “My Sister’s Room”

Introducing our newest member of the family to our guests, we invite you to enjoy the regal luxury of “My Sister’s Room.” Dedicated to my late Sister (Ailsa & Sandra) and at the request of all of the girl’s nights over the past 22 years, We designed this room with two beautiful full beds gorgeously decorated and embodied with luxurious down bedding and beautiful silk linens for all to enjoy. This room is equipped with a private bathroom. The newly remodeled bath caters to every whim with the finest skin and body care products, lavish bath amenities, fluffy bath sheets, and bath robes. Breakfast

Ms. Elsie’s Caribbean Bed and Breakfast is famous for Chef Cheryl’s outstanding service and amazing breakfast entrees and presentations. For 22 years, she has been wowing her guest with decadent Caribbean cuisines that are beautiful and delicious too! Breakfast at Ms. Elsie’s is an extravaganza that requires preparation and a willingness to spoil yourself with great food! For breakfast, your host, Chef Cheryl, will serve a delectable gourmet Caribbean Style Breakfast in the morning with your night stay that is customized and universal for all her guests to enjoy in the morning. Breakfast first course is normally a decedent fresh fruit plate, the second course a seafood entrée (i.e., shrimp, salmon, or chef’s choice), and the third course is usually a decadent tropical dessert for all to enjoy, and it is all beautifully presented and served in the dining room. Chef’s Breakfast presentations are simply fabulous and too pretty to eat (lol)! Guests usually rave not only about the amazing cuisines but overwhelmingly about Chef Cheryl’s presentations. Chef Cheryl makes everyone feel special at the table and brings absolute joy through her meal presentations, regardless of the occasion. Breakfast is not only a palatable treat; it is sheer decadence and love! The house rule at Ms. Elsie’s is to “leave your diets at home and wear your loose pants” to the table and enjoy yourselves! If you have special dietary needs—such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian—please notify us at the time of your reservation. Chef Cheryl will cheerfully accommodate you.
