Valentine's Day Breakfast was so wonderful and love abounds at Ms. Elsie's eternally.  I had the most delicious fruit salad, followed by Caribbean grits and Shrimp presentation.  This is so special, especially now in my new circumstance w/o love in my life.  Cheryl, is the most beautiful, kindest soul I know in my life now! I am so grateful and touched by this wonderful chef, friend, and sister-in-spirit.  God Bless Cheryl and Ms. Elsie's Forever!

Ms. Elsie's is a wonderful experience. It is an Oasis of love, caring, and sharing in in busy, hustling, and bustling world. The grounds, large pool, and cuisine give guests a feeling of actually being in the Caribbean, while not being far from downtown Charlotte. There are numerous quiet spots and thoughtfully landscaped areas for reading, relaxing, and just examining the plants. The host greatly respected our privacy, but at the same time got to know us and created a unique and memorable experience for my wife and me. We were welcomed with Caribbean warmth, charm and became like family. We will always stop at Elsie's when we are in Charlotte. Thank you, Cheryl, for being there for us when we needed a special and quiet place to get away from it all!
